Move Fitness Complex

Move Fitness is an excellent place for anyone seeking to improve their health and get in shape. Nick is an expert trainer and he spends a lot of time with me explaining the science behind the exercises. I started working out with Nick in August and I’ve seen great results! My strength is increasing, my mobility has improved and my waist line is shrinking. The entire Move Fitness Complex group feels like a true community. I love working out here.

the most knowledgeable, understanding, and thoughtful trainers. I worked with Nick for about 3 months before I moved to a different state. In three weeks with his meal plan and workout plan, you could see a big difference (picture below)! But, BABBBBBY around month 3, the body was bodying! I would upload that picture, but it’s some nasty creeps on Beyoncé’s internet. Nick listens and pushes you to keep going. I 100% recommend him and his gym

I love this gem (I meant gem/ not gym). It literally feels like home. The trainers really seem to care about the people they serve. I train with BK Bodies and he is one of the most consistent and energetic trainers I’ve had. He is very attentive and pushes me past my limitations. I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Move Fitness Complex!!!! Nick and BK are both amazing trainers. They are motivating, encouraging, and know how to push you to keep challenging yourself. The people that workout at the gym are so friendly and supportive and they are all different ages and fitness levels, so don’t be afraid to come try this place out. You won’t regret it! Family environment everyone Is there to help you to be the best version of yourself. It's fun the music is dope and the instructors are amazing. You can feel the motivation from start to finish. If you're looking for a fitness facility with a touch of a family vibe. This Is It!!!!!
